May 15            CPMS/CPI Spring Concert
                        7 p.m. at CPMS
                        Required performance

May 17            All school instruments checked for damage
                        Repair bills must be paid before checking out a 
                            summer instrument

May 18            WCHS Band Picnic (for all continuing 8th graders)

May 21            Marching Band Rehearsal (for all continuing 8th 
                        graders) 6 - 9 p.m.

May 25            Summer Break Begins

School Instrument Repairs

All school instruments were checked for damage on Thursday, May 17.  Statements were sent home with students and bills must be paid by the end of school.  If your student used a school owned instrument and you do not receive a statement, please email a band director.

  This is for families of all students participating in the WCHS Band Program for the 2012 - 2013 school year.  More information will be available soon, but please plan to attend!

    8th grade students continuing into the high school program have received calendars for summer rehearsals and drumline auditions.  Click here for summer rehearsal calendar.  Please contact a director if you have any questions about the high school program.
